LC-100 SINGLE-CHANNEL CONTROL UNIT

The LC-100 is a stationary, single-channel, wall-mounted control unit for the detection of over 150 different toxic and combustible gases for area air quality and safety applications. The LC-100 can be used with many sensor technologies including Solid State, Electrochemical, Catalytic Bead, Infra-red, and more! A Solid State sensor can be self-contained inside the NEMA enclosure, or any sensor type can be used in conjunction with IST's standard sensor transmitter (SM95 )or intelligent sensor transmitter (4-20IQ) for use in classifed areas (UL and CSA Classified for Class I, Div. 1, Groups B, C, and D).

  • Wall-mounted NEMA 4X Weatherproof Enclosure
  • Dual Alarm LED's and relays. Optional failsafe or latching relays
  • Optional 4-20 mA output
  • Digital LED Display
  • Easy and economical to use
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THE LC-100:
CARBON MONOXIDE MONITORING FOR BREATHING AIR SYSTEMS (MODEL LC-100-BCO)
  • Includes a Solid State sensor with a 3 year sensor warranty
  • Meets OSHA requirements for supply air monitoring
  • Specially designed sensor and system for compressed breathing air
  • Simple, reliable, durable, and economical
  • Alarm points user settable (typically 10 PPM low alarm and 30 PPM high alarm)
  • High-pressure (120 psi) and low-pressure inputs
LEAK DETECTION FOR REFRIGERANTS
  • Can be outfitted with either Solid State or Electrochemical sensor for ammonia detection
  • New HydroFluoroCarbons (HFC's) can be detected with Solid State sensors
